Taco Variable Speed Delta-T Circulator Pumps can be used in heating and cooling loops, radiant heating, hot water circulation, and indirect heating. They combine a microprocessor based variable speed controller with Taco’s 00 cartridge circulator design. The unique replaceable cartridge contains all of the pump’s moving parts and allows for easy servicing in the field.

As variable speed circulators, Taco Delta-Ts supply the precise amount of heat where and when it’s needed.

Simply dial in 5-50 degrees and watch the circulator automatically adjust GPM to match the heat loss between two field-installed sensors. Whenever there is a change to the heat load (i.e. a warmer day or greater heat loss from your home), the GPM changes to meet the required BTU/hr. No other circulator does that.

Taco Delta-T 00 circulators are available in cast iron and stainless steel and in 1/25, 1/8 and 1/6 HP. All units include strap-on temperature sensors for the supply and return pipes — a design innovation that’s ideal for residential radiant floor heating systems with several zones using manifold valve actuators.

For larger systems, the Taco 008-VDT Circulator and Taco 0013-VDT Circulator pump models will increase their speed to deliver the required BTU’s to accommodate additional zones, increase overall comfort and reduce boiler short cycling.
