The Zoeller 130 series effluent/sump pumps are designed for effluent, groundwater and dewatering applications. These pumps are designed to be used in a septic tank, low pressure pipe (LPP) and enhanced flow step systems settings.
These pumps are ruggedly constructed. The Zoeller 137 models are all cast iron ASTM class 25, 25000# tensile strength, while all Zoeller 139 models are bronze. Both sub-types are adorned with a powder coated epoxy finish to prevent corrosion as well as a switch case made of durable, cast iron construction. The impeller is a non-clog vortex. Each pump can pass water with ⅝” solids. The maximum temperature for a standard duty effluent or dewatering applications is 130°F while the temperature for extra duty is 140°F.
The upper and lower sleeve bearing run in a bath of oil, the seal is carbon and ceramic, and the bolts, screws, handle, guard, arm and seals are all stainless steel. There are no sheet metal parts to rust or corrode in the pump. The motor is 60 Hz, 1725 oil-filled, and hermetically-sealed with automatic reset thermal overload protection.
All pumps listed below operate in single phase power.
