PumpProducts.com is now distributing the Zoeller 270 series and Zoeller 4270 series sewage pumps. Each pump in this series is submersible and designed to move sewage in residential or light commercial applications. These pumps can also move groundwater and effluent as well.
Each pump in the Zoeller 270/4270 series features a rugged cast iron volute and motor housing covered with a corrosion resistant powder coated epoxy finish, while the pump base is engineered plastic. The non clog vortex impeller is engineered plastic as well. The screws, bolts, and carry handle are all made of fine stainless steel. The shaft seal is a composite of carbon and ceramic with a neoprene square ring and gasket. The motor (60 Hz, 3450 RPM) is oil-filled, hermetically sealed, and thermally protected with an automatic reset.
Durability is an important issue for any wastewater pump and the Zoeller 270/4720 series pumps are pressure-tested and submerged to run before they leave the factory. These pumps are not affected by materials normally found in drainage and sewage sumps. The main difference between the two sub-series is that Zoeller 270 pumps have a single seal while Zoeller 4270 pumps have a double seal.
All pumps listed below are single phase operated. Automatic models include a variable level float switch.
