HOW DO I FIND THE PART I'M LOOKING FOR ON THE PUMP PRODUCTS SITE?
Select "Repair Parts" on the main menu and then choose "List of Manufacturers". If you know the manufacturers name of the product you need, simply select it from the list of parts manufacturers and proceed to the parts category selection. If you have the model # or part # of your product you can use the search box to locate the part you need.
HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT PART FOR MY PRODUCT?
The part number can be obtained from the manufacturer's parts list manual, from the existing part that is being replaced or through a model number search of the product. SEE VIDEO: How to Find Replacement Parts.
WHY IS THE PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER IMPORTANT?
The product model number, normally found on the nameplate, identifies the product and indicates which parts fit it.
WHERE DO I FIND MY REPAIR PART'S MODEL NUMBER?
A part number can usually be obtained directly from the product's nameplate. Most pumps bear a model number tag or have the model number engraved in their casing.
WHY HAS THE MANUFACTURER DISCONTINUED MY PART?
Some parts become obsolete and are no longer available due to the age of the product. As a result, the manufacturer no longer makes the part.
WHY HAS MY PART BEEN SUBSTITUTED FOR ANOTHER PART?
Occasionally a manufacturer will substitute an original part for one which may differ in appearance. In such cases, the replacement part is designated to work with your product and can be expected to function as well as the original.

For in-stock items, Pump Products can usually fulfill orders placed by 3:00 p.m. (ET) the same day. For items not in stock, shipment will be based on manufacturer availability. HOW DO I CALCULATE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
We have a shipping calculator tool available on our Product Pages and also on the Shopping Cart Page. NOTE: Some items cannot be shipped via UPS due to size, weight and hazardous materials restrictions. Some items may also include hazardous materials charges. Shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice.
HOW LONG DO BACK ORDER ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?
It depends on the item. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons beyond our control. We are constantly monitoring our stock levels and receiving shipments at our distribution centers.
