House in a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure, this industrial grade control panel is designed to alternately control two three phase pumps in industrial and commercial water and sewage systems using standard four float operation (off, lead start, lag start, high level).  Simply add the appropriate overload modules to complete your installation (sold separately).

The new and improved Ultra Nator™ control and alarm system controls two alternating 120V 1 HP or 15 Amp single phase pumps in duplex pump applications.

The plug and play design features a factory-installed 10' power cord, floats and pump receptacles (no field wiring required to quickly connect two sump pumps).

The new battery back-up alarm system maintains the alarm function if primary power is lost; you can quickly test the battery condition with the battery test function.  The new pump failure indicator alerts you to potential pump problems, such as non-operating pumps, problems with outflow plumbing, or if the water inflow is greater than pumping capacity.  The reference chart on the panel front helps the operator diagnose problems quickly.

In normal operation, the pump will alternate based on the pump switch level.  If an alarm condition occurs (top float activates), the alarm light and horn turn on.  The pump in use will turn off and the other pump will turn on.  Pumping will continue until the pump switch deactivates (bottom float).

NOTE: The Ultra Nator™ will only run one pump at a time.

Controls One Single Phase Pump Using a Receptacle For Easy Pump Connection

SJE Oil Spotter™ system is designed to control one pump used to remove water from elevator pits while preventing oil from being pumped into the environment (oil will not be pumped from the tank).  In addition to the easy pump conection via receptacle, it provides alarm notification of potentially threatening water and oil levels in simplex pumping applications.

The system features an innovative Oil Water Switch that senses the difference between oil and water to remove water from the tank, while preventing oil from being pumped into the environment.  The Oil Water Switch features four probes (start level, stop level, high water level, reference) and a mechanical high oil alarm float.

As water and oil enter the tank, the oil rises to create a floating layer on top of the water.  The water level rises to reach the Start Probe, activating the pump to remove water from the tank.  It continues pumping water out of the tank until the water level falls below the Stop Probe, deactivating the pump.  If the water level continues to rise and reaches the High Water Probe, the red high water LED indicator illuminates and auxiliary contacts close (activating an optional Tank Alert® alarm or other remote device).  If the oil level rises to activate the mechanical High Oil Float, the red high oil LED indicator illuminates and auxiliary contacts close (activating an optional Tank Alert® alarm or other remote device).

Common applications include elevator sump basins, transformer vaults, leachate well applications, garages or any application requiring ASME A17.1 compliance.

SJE Oil Spotter™ Auto

Control and Alarm Systems for Oil/Water Environments

Controls one single phase pump and provides a convenient location to connect all wiring for pump applications.

The SJE Oil Spotter™ Auto control and alarm system is designed to monitor and control oil/water environments and provides a convenient location for all wiring required for an indoor simplex pump application.

The SJE Oil Spotter™ Auto panel employs a terminal block for one 120 VAC pump, a 120 VAC oil containment valve and a 120 VAC water drain valve.  Another terminal block is for wiring the SJE Oil Spotter™ Auto probe, high water alarm float, and auxiliary alarm connection.  The panel includes an Auto/Hand pump switch and Water/Drain selection switch (functions in hand mode only).

In normal operation, the pump will turn on and off as the water level activates the probes (5 inch pump range).  If the water level rises enough to activate the high water probe, a red indicator will illuminate and activate the auxiliary contacts.  If the oil level reaches the high oil float, a red indicator will illuminate and activate the auxiliary contacts, the pump energizes along with the valves to automatically remove contaminated water/oil into the appropriate holding vessel.

In Hand operation (spring loaded) the operator can manually pump out the water/oil from the pit.  The valve selection allows the operator to choose if the valves are activated or not.

The SJE Oil Spotter™ Auto control and alarm system helps satisfy the requirements of an ASME A17.1 compliant system.  Common applications include elevator sump basins, transformer vaults, leachate well applications or garages.

It is CSA Certified to meet NSF/ANSI 61 standard for use in potable water and approved for use in tanks of 250 US gallons (950L) in volume or greater per float.

The SJE PumpMaster® SPDT pump switch is designed to directly control pumps up to 1/2 HP at 120 VAC and 1 HP at 230 VAC in water and sewage applications.

The SJE PumpMaster® pump switch is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence, allowing it to be used in both calm and turbulent applications.  It can be wired to work in either pump down (normally open) or pump up (normally close) applications.

Double Float® Master

Mechanically-Activated, Wide-Angle Pump Switch

Pump switches provide automatic pump control.

The Double Float® Master pump switch is designed to directly control pumps up to 15 FLA, 90 LRA, 120 VAC or 240 VAC in non-potable water, water and sewage applications. 

The Double® Float Master pump switch consists of two mechanical float and a splice tube.  The splice tube contains a holding relay which enables the floats to function in series.  The holding relay eliminates pump chatter in turbulent conditions allowing the Double Float® Master pump switch to operate relay control panels for larger pump applications.

This switch is well suited for confined space applications requiring an accurate pumping range.  It is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence.  This switch is voltage sensitive - use with correct voltage.

SJE AmpMaster®

Mechanically-Activated, Wide-Angle Pump Switch

Pump switches provide automatic pump control.

The 20 amp rated SJE AmpMaster® pump switch is designed to directly control grinder and high head sewage pumps up to 1 1/2 HP at 125 VAC and 3 HP at 250 VAC in grinder and lift station applications, as well as septic tank effluent pump (STEP) systems.

The SJE AmpMaster® pump switch is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence, allowing it to be used in both calm and turbulent applications.  It is available for pump down applications only.

SJE VerticalMaster®

Mechanically-Activated Pump Switch for Limited Space Applications

The SJE VerticalMaster® pump switch is designed to directly control pumps up to 1/2 HP at 120 VAC and 1 HP at 230 VAC in non-potable water and sewage applications with limited space.  It works well in small sump chambers, effluent applications, and laundry trays, as well as in large tanks.

The SJE VerticalMaster® pump switch is not sensitive to turbulence and is available for pump down applications only.

The SJE MicroMaster® Plus WS pump switch is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence, allowing it to be used in both calm and turbulent applications.

Junior Super Single®

Mercury-Activated, Wide-Angle Pump Switch

Pump switches provide automatic pump control.

The Junior Super Single® pump switch is designed to directly control pumps up to 1/2 HP at 120 VAC and 1 HP at 230 VAC in non-potable water, water and sewage applications.

Although the Junior Super Single® pump switch is not sensitive to rotation, it is affected by turbulence and should be mounted in a non-turbulent location.  It is not recommended for use with motor contactors or relays because the motor contactor or relay may experience chattering.  A Super Single® or Double Float® pump switch would operate more efficiently in these installations.

Super Single®

Double Float®

The EZconnex® 3-port Float Switch Connection System includes an electrical wiring manifold with mounting bracket and hardware. The manifold features three quick release float switch connection ports. A single 6-conductor direct burial cable has Red-Blue-Yellow wire pairs that match the R-B-Y imprint on the manifold housing for easy field wiring.  The SJE MegaMaster™ is a mechanically-activated, narrow-angle, internally weighted float switch designed for level control in municipal sewage pumping stations.  The internal switching mechanism contains unique gold cross-point contacts, providing precision and reliable control signals up to 1 amp.

The SJE MegaMaster™ control switch can be wired to work in either normally open or normally closed applications.  It is not sensitive to rotation.

Normally Open Models (high level): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above horizontal signaling a high level and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below horizontal. 

Normally Closed Models (low levels): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly below horizontal signaling a low level and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above horizontal.

Normally Open Models (high level): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above horizontal signaling a high level and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below horizontal.  Normally open models have a yellow colored cap for easy identification.

Normally Closed Models (low levels): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly below horizontal signaling a low level and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above horizontal.  Normally closed models have a white colored cap for easy identification.

This switch is not sensitive to rotation.

Normally Open Models (high level): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above horizontal signaling a high level and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below horizontal. 

Normally Closed Models (low levels): The control switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly below horizontal signaling a low level and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above horizontal.

The SJE MilliAmpMaster™ control switch is narrow-angle or wide-angle control switch that offers control for AC or DC applications in wastewater and sewage.  The internal switching mechanism has seal gold cross-point contacts for reliable low current operation.  It features a blue colored cap for easy identification.

Common applications include PLC (programmable logic controller) panels, IS panels with intrinsically safe barriers, low current solar applications and other low current control panels and alarm applications.

The wide-angle version activates/deactivates at approximately 4 inches above and below horizontal with a 3.5 inch tether.  The narrow-angle version activates/deactivates at approximately 1.5 inches above or below horizontal with a 3.5 inch tether.

This switch is not sensitive to rotation.
