Zoeller 912 Preassembled Simplex Sewage Package
This preassembled Simplex Sewage package is job-ready for a quick and easy installation, saving labor and reducing installation errors. No assembly required. Just drop it in the hole-and-go!
Package includes:
- BN211, 2" solids handling pump (with piggyback variable level float switch)
- 24" x 24" polyethylene barrel basin
- 3/16" vent hole drilled
- One piece PSF cover with 2" vent, 2" discharge
- Internal 2" PVC discharge pipe, 24" long in the basins to avoid shifting or upsetting the pump and switch mechanism
- 4" pipe seal hub
Pump BN211 Features
- Automatic, 115V, 4/10 HP, single phase with piggyback variable level float switch
- Non-corrosive engineered plastic motor housing, pump housing, and base
- Engineered plastic non-clogging vortex impeller
- No sheet metal parts to rust or corrode
- All stainless steel screws, switch arm and lower motor housing
- Solid polypropylene float
- Carbon and ceramic mechanical seals
- Passes 2" spherical solids
- 2" NPT discharge
- On point: 13"
- Off point: 5-3/4"
- Maximum temperature for dewatering: 110° F
- Package requires a check valve (sold separately) in order to reduce unnecessary cycling of pump

- Anti-flotation device (AFD) helps to eliminate basin from "floating”
- 360° molded handle (acts as secondary AFD)

- (7) additional flat areas for inlet installation (field-drilled)
- Molded torque stops for added pump support
- One-piece molded PSF cover with integrated, molded foam seal
- Ribbed, reinforced cover to provide additional strength and stability
