SJE Rhombus MicroMaster Plus WS Pump Float Switch

This mechanically-activated switch is designed as a mechanical alternative to the mercury-activated Junior Super Single pump switch. This float switch is used for direct control of pumps at 125 VAC or 250 VAC. The SJE MicroMaster Plus WS pump switch is not sensitive to rotation or turbulence allowing it to be used in both calm and turbulent applications.

Applications

Normally open to pump down or empty in:

• Non-potable water
• Sewage

• For use with 50/60 Hz, 125 VAC or 250 VAC, single phase pumps within specified amp ratings below:
• 13 Amps maximum pump running current
• 78 Amps maximum pump starting current
• Mechanically-activated, snap action contacts
• Adjustable pumping range of 8 to 36 inches
• Maximum water depth is 33 feet or 13 psi
• High impact, corrosion resistant, polypropylene float housing for use in water up to 140°F
• Float dimensions (2.74" diameter x 4.83" length)
• Cable is flexible 16 gauge, 2 conductor (UL, CSA) SJOW, water-resistant, (CPE)

Notes

• This switch is NOT recommended for controlling:
• Electric loads less than 100 milliamps, 12 VAC
• Non-arcing electric loads
•  This switch must be used with pumps that provide integral thermal overload protection
