The Liberty EPAK-LSG series is an unassembled simplex grinder system package that includes a Liberty Omnivore grinder pump, a 24" x 48" fiberglass basin, and an alarm. Perfect for customers who want to have control of a grinder installation setup. The Omnivore pump includes Liberty's patented V-Slice cutter, operates at 2 HP and has a 1-1/4" discharge. The standard cable length is 25'. The basin has a total capacity of 94 gallons and a refresh rate of 12 gallons per pump cycle. The basin includes an anti-float collar and pre-cut internal schedule 80 PVC piping. The piping kit also includes a 1-1/4" check valve, a 1-1/4" ball valve, a 90° elbow, and a G90 cast iron pump elbow. The 4" inlet grommet and 2" electrical conduit hub are unmounted. The ALM-2W alarm operates at 115 volts and is rated for indoor/outdoor use. A red beacon and 82 decibel horn alert the user if there is a problem with the system. The Liberty RE/REX-Series is a grinder retrofit kit system designed for installation in existing E/One GP200, GP2000, and Extreme D-Series systems. Each kit is a fully assembled, easy drop-in core replacement for the existing pump system. The units are comprised of a Liberty Omnivore grinder pump, piping, cover, adjustable goose neck discharge elbow, floats, a high mounted waterproof junction box, cam-lock cover system, and a cast-iron anti-siphon check valve. The alarm float serves as a redundant "on" float in case of main switch failure. The cable is pre-wired. A 8' drop rope is also included for user convenience. The Omnivore pumps include Liberty's patented V-Slice cutter and come in either one or two-stage models.
