Goulds ST31 Submersible Effluent Pumps are designed for basement draining, water transfer, dewatering, and effluent transfer applications. These heavy duty, portable, and compact pumps can handle up to 1/2″ spherical solids.

The ST31 Series Effluent Pumps are made of rugged, corrosion resistant cast iron, with a thermoplastic impeller and cover. Each pump features upper sleeve and lower heavy duty ball bearings with a built-in vent hole to prevent air binding. The mechanical seals are carbon/ceramic/BUNA with stainless steel parts for added protection. The fasteners and pipe plug are stainless steel as well. The pumps can withstand up to 104° F and can operate continuously when completely submerged.

The motor is permanently lubricated and includes Class B insulation, as well as a built-in thermal overload protection with an automatic reset. The power cord is a quick disconnect type, heavy duty 16/3 SJTW with a NEMA 5-15 P three prong grounding plug.
