Grundfos 96411782 Model TP32-80/2 Direct Coupled In-Line Circulator
The Grundfos TP32-80/2 is a direct coupled, single-stage, in-line centrifugal pump with a mechanical shaft seal and the world-renowned IE3 as its standard motor. Grundfos' Blueflux motors are among the most efficient motors available, and are engineered for maximum efficiency at both full and part-capacity. Since it maintains a very high level of efficiency over a broad range of operations, it is ideal for an array of applications. The TP 32-80/2 is a top-pull-out design, meaning the pump head (which includes the motor, motor stool and impeller) can be detached without interfering with the pump housing's pipework. This simplifies the routine service work needed to maintain the performance of these pumps, enabling a single person to service even the largest pumps. The Grundfos TP series pumps are specifically designed for the circulation of liquids in heating and air-conditioning systems. Typical applications for this cast iron pump include: district heating/cooling, industrial cooling/processes, general water supply, boiler/hydronic heating, chilled water, air conditioning systems, cooling towers, radiant floor heating, solar and snow melt systems.
Features
Pump Connection: GF 15/26 Flange
Advanced fan design - results in dramatically reduced noise levels
All-in-one-solution - the coupling and shaft are friction-welded together in order to create a completely stable mechanical unit, drastically reducing the vibration levels and prolongs the lifetime of the shaft seals and bearings
Mechanically and hydraulically balanced impeller - further minimizes vibration levels and axial forces while maximizing motor bearing and shaft seal lifetime
Anti-corrosion surface - cataphoresis surface treatment consisting of Powercon cathodic electrocoating and zinc phosphate coating results in maximal protection against corrosion and a longer lasting inside surface that keeps efficiency high
Renewable neck rings - makes it easy to upgrade your pump when necessary
Unique design of shaft seal chamber - eliminates the need for external piping and ensures optimal water circulation, prolonging the lifetime of the shaft seal
Grundfos Blueflux IE3 - only motors with the official IE3 logo are certified maximum efficiency motors
Compact perfection - a large shaft diameter and a short distance from the impeller to the motor maximizes stability and results in lower maintenance costs
