Registered customers can view all past and current orders in the ‘My Orders’ section of My Account.

Viewing Your Order History

To view your order history:

1.    Sign into My Account.
2.    Select 'View the orders I have made'.
3.    Your complete order history will be displayed.  

Checking the Status of Your Order

To check the detais and status of a specific order:

1.    Sign into My Account.
2.    Select 'View the orders I have made'.
3.    Find the specific order and click 'View'.
4.    Clicking on 'Track Parcel' will take you to the courier site where you can see shipping status details.
Alternatively, all customers can track order status via the link included in the order confirmation email.
