Zoeller 912 Preassembled Simplex Sewage Package

This preassembled Simplex Sewage package is job-ready for a quick and easy installation, saving labor and reducing installation errors. No assembly required. Just drop it in the hole-and-go!

Package includes:

• Manual pump model BN266 (with piggyback variable level float switch)
• 18" x 30" polyethylene structural foam basin
• Cover
• 2" PVC discharge pipe, 30" long
• 4" pipe seal hub
• Alarm

Package Features

• 2" solids handling pump
• Solid polyethylene structural foam lid and basin with 2" discharge on side
• Rated for outdoor burial up to 36" below grade
• 3/16" vent hole drilled
• All units are properly secured with a 2" PVC discharge pipe in the basins to avoid shifting or upsetting the pump and switch mechanism

Pump BN266 Features

• Manual, 1/2 HP, 115V, single phase with piggyback variable level float switch
• Piggyback variable level float switch coverts a manual pump to an automatic pump
• Non-corrosive engineered plastic motor housing, pump housing, base and impeller
• Oil filled
• Float operated, submersible (NEMA 6) 2-pole mechanical switch
• Durable cast construction
• Non-clogging vortex impeller design
• Engineered plastic impeller with metal inserts
• Not affected by materials normally found in drainage and sewage sumps
• Stainless steel screws, bolts, handle, guard, and arm and seal assembly
• Passes 2-inch spherical solids
• 2” NPT Discharge

Please note that this package requires a check valve (sold separately) in order to reduce unnecessary cycling of pump.  Check valve options include:  30-0151, 30-0020, 30-0021, 30-0101 or 30-0103.
