Barnes BB15-12 Battery Backup Inverter System Buyers Guide & Review

The Barnes model BB15-12 battery backup inverter system allows the user to have an automatic battery backup to power critical electrical systems in the event of a power outage. Sump pumps, furnaces, refrigeration units, and other appliances will operate on batteries while commercial AC power is off, then the BB15-12 will automatically switch from battery power to AC when the power is restored. The BB15-12 recharges backup batteries while AC power is on. The AC line is protected with 15 amps slow acting fuse. Power lights identify when the pump is operating on AC or DC power.
