The Liberty SJ-series water powered back-up sump pump systems are designed to pump water out of a basement in case of a power outage. The sump jets are automatic, fully assembled, and do not require electricity.
Sump jet pumps should not be used as the primary sump pump. Each SJ pump is compact with high-output flow rates.
Alarms may be included with some models.
Features:
- Removes 2 gallons of water for each 1 gallon used (based on 5′ lift)
- Fully assembled, compact design
- Built-in screen with removable foot valve
- Constructed of durable PVC
- Max. temperature 130° F
Please note that the recommended pit diameter is 18″ for proper installation with no float interference. Flow and head specs are dependent on inlet pressure (see chart below).
