As part of Pump Products’ ongoing effort to answer to the needs of customers in the construction, agriculture and industrial sectors, we’ve added a variety of AMT electric/engine driven centrifugal and self priming pumps to our inventory for dewatering, irrigation, spraying, washdown, dredging and agricultural applications. Dewatering Trash Pumps with powerful engines and rapid dewatering capabilities are at the center of our AMT pump offerings.  These portable, heavy-duty pumps are designed to transfer large volumes of liquid laden with dirt, sludge, leaves, twigs and other solids. They are available in electric driven trash pump, diesel-driven trash pump  and gasoline-driven trash pump models.

Gasoline Powered Trash Pumps are ideal for use in areas where electrical power has failed or is absent.  Diesel Powered trash pumps are comparable in size and weight to gasoline-powered models and can be used in many of the same applications. They offer the added advantage of fuel economy.

We carry AMT trash pumps in centrifugal and diaphragm designs.

Centrifugal Trash Pumps use a rotating impeller to draw water into the pump. They are designed to handle large volumes of liquid with a solids content of up to 25% and can be used in applications ranging from dredging ponds to flood water removal. ATM Trash Pumps are powered by tough Honda engines and equipped with protective heavy duty steel roll frames to enhance their mobility and reinforce them for rugged jobsite conditions.

Often referred to as Mud or Sludge Pumps, Diaphragm Trash Pumps operate through the expansion and contraction of a flexible diaphragm that acts like a piston in an engine, alternately drawing in then pushing out debris-laden water. They are ideal for pumping flowing mud, slurry, sewage and other thick liquids.  AMT Diaphragm Trash Pumps provide the lowest rate of discharge and head of any large, heavy-duty pump and can pump water with solids content greater than 25%.
