The Myers WHR series of sewage pumps feature an all cast iron construction to withstand the most extreme conditions and are designed for use in sewage and effluent applications as well as applications which require high heads. The recessed vortex impeller design provides an unobstructed passage in the volute case which results in high efficiency pumping that will handle stringy, trashy 2” solids without clogging or plugging the impeller.  The vortex impeller also greatly extends the pumps’ bearing life. This series is also available in a double seal configuration for extended motor life and additional protection against water leakage. Typical applications include residential and commercial sewage, high capacity sump, effluent, domestic wastewater and septic pumping applications. Zoeller sump and sewage basins collect and contain wastewater before it is removed from a building’s system by way of a submersible sewage pump. It is a critical part of any wastewater (sewage, effluent, sump) system. Commonly constructed with fiberglass or high grade plastic, basins are heavy duty containers. They come in a variety of system types (simplex or duplex), sizes, and applications. Some basins operate with multiple types of pumps while others are designed expressly to be paired with a specific pump. Basins sit below grade while the pump itself sits at the bottom of the basin. How it functions is simple: wastewater enters the basin through an inlet pipe or port. The wastewater accumulates in the basin until it reaches a certain level, at which point your sewage pump will activate (by way of a float switch or preset control) and pump the wastewater through a discharge pipe out of the building to a municipal sewer or septic tank. The Liberty EPAK-LSG series is an unassembled simplex grinder system package that includes a Liberty Omnivore grinder pump, a 24" x 48" fiberglass basin, and an alarm. Perfect for customers who want to have control of a grinder installation setup. The Omnivore pump includes Liberty's patented V-Slice cutter, operates at 2 HP and has a 1-1/4" discharge. The standard cable length is 25'. The basin has a total capacity of 94 gallons and a refresh rate of 12 gallons per pump cycle. The basin includes an anti-float collar and pre-cut internal schedule 80 PVC piping. The piping kit also includes a 1-1/4" check valve, a 1-1/4" ball valve, a 90° elbow, and a G90 cast iron pump elbow. The 4" inlet grommet and 2" electrical conduit hub are unmounted. The Liberty RE/REX-Series is a grinder retrofit kit system designed for installation in existing E/One GP200, GP2000, and Extreme D-Series systems. Each kit is a fully assembled, easy drop-in core replacement for the existing pump system. The units are comprised of a Liberty Omnivore grinder pump, piping, cover, adjustable goose neck discharge elbow, floats, a high mounted waterproof junction box, cam-lock cover system, and a cast-iron anti-siphon check valve. The alarm float serves as a redundant "on" float in case of main switch failure. The cable is pre-wired. A 8' drop rope is also included for user convenience. The Liberty ARC18 series access risers are extensions that allow easier access to sewage system basins. An access riser allows for below grade burial of pipes and electrical connections. The ARC18 series is built for use with the Pro370 and Pro380 series sewage systems. Installation kits that provide all the necessary components for a professional installation job are available as well. Kits include a JB-series wiring box and hardware, 2" check valve with disconnect union, coupling, and an elbow. PVC piping not included. Current kits include the ARCKIT115 and the ARCKIT230, for use with 115 volt and 230 volt control boxes respectively. The Liberty LowPro41LP is a low profile self-contained sewage system that allows for the addition of a toilet without breaking concrete floors. The mount can be freestanding or be built-in using 2" x 6" joists for a more professional looking installation. The system includes a built-in cast iron sewage pump that can handle up to 2" solids and is flow adjusted to maximize pump cycle time. Included is a durable one-piece split cover design poly tank allows access to the switch area without disturbing the discharge and vent piping. Internal schedule 80 PVC piping, a 2" check valve, and a closet flange with extra spacers for optional floor heights is included (1/4" and 1/2"). An engineered water jet within the tank helps break down solids and reduce jamming. The system as a whole saves valuable installation time. Additional fixtures such as a shower or sink can be easily added using an optional rubber pipe inlet seal (included). The seal accepts 2" schedule 40 PVC piping and any showers must be elevated to allow gravity flow to the unit. The Liberty 1100-series duplex sewage ejector package systems are designed for use in multi-unit residential and commercial installations requiring the operational security of a duplex (two pump system). Each unit includes a Liberty LE sewage pump and a 30" x 36"/110 gallon capacity basin. The premium Liberty sewage pumps available with each package include pumps from the LE40, LE50, LE70, LE100, LEH100, LEH150, and LEH200 series. The basins themselves are heavy-duty structural foam and include either a 2" or 3" discharge. The complete system is factory pre-assembled with the pumps, discharge pipe nipples, and floats pre-mounted in the basin. The floats are tethered to a removable stand pipe/access cover assembly. Features include a 4" inlet hub with rubber pipe seal, toque-stop pump restraints, and a heavy duty, 1/4" enamel coated steel cover with two 16" diameter pump access covers and a 10" diameter inspection cover with integral stand pipe for float tethering (fiberglass cover available upon request). The cover assembly also includes all necessary bolts and gaskets for mounting the cover to the basin.
