The Liberty 1100-series duplex sewage ejector package systems are designed for use in multi-unit residential and commercial installations requiring the operational security of a duplex (two pump system). Each unit includes a Liberty LE sewage pump and a 30" x 36"/110 gallon capacity basin. The premium Liberty sewage pumps available with each package include pumps from the LE40, LE50, LE70, LE100, LEH100, LEH150, and LEH200 series. The basins themselves are heavy-duty structural foam and include either a 2" or 3" discharge. The complete system is factory pre-assembled with the pumps, discharge pipe nipples, and floats pre-mounted in the basin. The floats are tethered to a removable stand pipe/access cover assembly. Features include a 4" inlet hub with rubber pipe seal, toque-stop pump restraints, and a heavy duty, 1/4" enamel coated steel cover with two 16" diameter pump access covers and a 10" diameter inspection cover with integral stand pipe for float tethering (fiberglass cover available upon request). The cover assembly also includes all necessary bolts and gaskets for mounting the cover to the basin. Note that these packages are built-to-order and a (separately sold) control panel is required for proper operation. The Liberty Pro380-series simplex submersible sewage package is designed for larger capacity and shallow system designs. The series includes a premium Liberty sewage pump with a 24"x 24", 41 gallon basin, as well as a QuickTree float system. The key feature of the series is the QuickTree float system which allows for easy removal and exchange of the floats without disturbing the pump. The QuickTree kit features a stainless steel float tree, pre-mounted pump float, and an additional clamp for an alarm float. The QuickTree can simply hang from the holder underneath the access cover. Other features of the Pro380 series includes integral rubber seals permanently attached to the cover, unique integrated cord seal technology, integrally molded torque stops that secure the pump in proper position, integrally molded anti-flotation collar and integrally molded handles for easy transportation and installation. The basins are durable polyethylene. The shallow basin design makes for easier installation in difficult soil conditions and/or bedrock locations. All packages listed below include the basin itself and a Liberty sewage pump that can handle up to 2" solids. Some models may include accessories such as the Night Eye Alarm. Each basin package is shipped with a clear, disposable construction cover that protects the system during masonry work and rough-in. Another strength of the Pro380 series is that each unit is compatible with a variety of optional accessories, such as an access riser that allows the basin to be buried to maximum depth of 18" below grade.
