The Liberty 700-series simplex sewage ejector package systems are designed for use in multi-unit residential and commercial installations of up to 250 fixture units. Each unit includes a Liberty LE sewage pump and a 24" x 36"/70-gallon basin. The premium Liberty sewage pumps available with each package include pumps from the LE40, LE50, LE70, LE100, and LEH100 series and all sewage pumps can handle up to 2" solids. The basin packages are heavy-duty structural foam and include either a 2" or 3" discharge and a 2" or 3" threaded vent flange. Features include a 4" inlet hub with rubber pipe seal, toque-stop pump restraints and a compression molded fiberglass cover with no-skid pattern. Each unit has a volume per cycle rate of 20.5 gallons. Optional pre-mounted alarm floats may be available upon request. The Liberty Pro380-SD series simplex submersible sewage package is designed for use in outdoor installations where the burial of electrical lines and piping is preferred. Each package includes a Liberty sewage pump and a 24" x 24" side discharge basin. Key features of the Pro380-SD series include a durable polyethylene cover with stainless steel cover bolts, integrally molded torque stops that secure the pump in proper position, and an integrally molded handle for easy transportation and installation. Completely assembled at the factory, the units also include a Union disconnect for easy serviceability, heavy schedule 80 PVC discharge pipe (schedule 40 tee, union, and elbow), a 2" electrical conduit hub, and a 4" No-hub type inlet. The basins are durable polyethylene. The shallow tank design allows for easy installation without compromising capacity and makes for easier installation in difficult soil conditions. The Liberty Pro380-series simplex submersible sewage package is designed for larger capacity and shallow system designs. The series includes a premium Liberty sewage pump with a 24"x 24", 41 gallon basin, as well as a QuickTree float system. The key feature of the series is the QuickTree float system which allows for easy removal and exchange of the floats without disturbing the pump. The QuickTree kit features a stainless steel float tree, pre-mounted pump float, and an additional clamp for an alarm float. The QuickTree can simply hang from the holder underneath the access cover. Other features of the Pro380 series includes integral rubber seals permanently attached to the cover, unique integrated cord seal technology, integrally molded torque stops that secure the pump in proper position, integrally molded anti-flotation collar and integrally molded handles for easy transportation and installation. The basins are durable polyethylene. The shallow basin design makes for easier installation in difficult soil conditions and/or bedrock locations. The Liberty LE40 series sewage pumps are heavy-duty (ASTM class 25 or better) cast iron sewage pumps that operate at 4/10 horsepower and can handle 2″ solids. These rugged pumps include a vortex style impeller that makes it easy to pass solids. The motor is submersible, oil filled, hermetically sealed, and thermally protected with an automatic overload reset. The windings are class B insulation while the rotor shaft is 416 stainless steel. The shaft seal is a carbon/ceramic unitized design encased in BUNA N elastomers with a stainless steel housing. A epoxy coated finish helps the pump resist corrosion and last for a long time. The Omnivore LSG200-series grinder pumps are designed for use in systems that produce high amounts of wastewater. Think motels, apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers - any type of facility, whether commercial or residential, with high-frequency usage and high volume of waste. $(document).ready(function(){ $("td").css("border", "1px solid black") }); LSG200 series pumps are constructed with a sturdy one-piece uni-body cast iron housing, while the impeller is 316 stainless steel. The impeller contains back vanes (or pump out vanes) to better clear solids. The pumps also features dual seals - one unitized silicon carbide, the other Viton double-lip - for extra protection from solids. Each model uses Liberty’s patented V-Slice cutter to macerate waste solids. The cutter is constructed of hardened 440 stainless steel - Rockwell C 58 and can perform up to 108 alternated cuts per revolution - perfect for turning waste solids into a fine slurry to be collected and transported. This video demonstrates the powerful macerating ability of the Omnivore's cutter. The pumps operates at 2 HP and features a 1-¼” discharge. Depending on the model, the pump could operate at 208-230 volts, 208/230 volts, 440-480 volts, or 575 volts. Each model operates at either one or three phases of power. The LSG202M and LSG202A have internal capacitors, so they do not need an external control. The LSG202M-C has an external capacitor so that model requires an additional control panel. The LSGX-series variations are ideal for multi-unit land developments that share a sewage system, such as apartment complexes. LSGX pumps are similar to their cousins the LSG200, except that they are 2-stage pumps designed for high head applications. 2-stage simply means that each LSGX pump has two stainless steel impellers.  The ProVore PRG-series is expressly designed for use in residential or home wastewater systems. ProVore pumps are equipped with Liberty’s patented V-Slice stainless steel cutter that is capable of turning solids such as plastic bags, feminine products, and towels into a fine slurry to be collected and exported. The pumps are constructed with a cast iron corrosion resistant frame. The motor is oil-filled and thermally protected. Each model in this series operates at 1 HP, 115 or 230 V, single-phase power. The pumps have a 2-inch discharge and can be used as replacement pumps for systems that also have 2-inch discharge lines (that already use LE40 or LE50-series solids handling pumps). Automatic models include a wide-angled float switch with the exception of the PRG101AV which has an integral vertical float switch.  Liberty's 250-series effluent pumps are designed to move effluent water out of a water system. Effluent or Graywater is simply all the water that is used throughout the day which may contain solids, such as shower water, (the exception is wastewater or sewage). Effluent pumps are typically in applications that involve transporting graywater out of laundry tray systems, septic tanks, or sump pits. Each Liberty 250-series pump features an epoxy powder coated finish, unibody casing, and can handle 1/2" solids. All pumps operate in single phase power and have a maximum thermal overload temperature of 221°F. A special 3-year warranty is attached to this series. Touted as the most advanced 1/4 HP pump on the market, the Liberty 240 series pump have a unique one-piece housing that eliminates the need for a lower motor seal ring. Mid-base peripheral port inlets surround the diameter of the pump in lieu of a bottom suction, which prevents debris and foreign material from entering. The impeller is of a 8 vane, glass reinforced thermoplastic non-clogging design. A corrosion proof stainless steel intake plate is also included.
