PumpProducts.com is now carrying the Zoeller 280 and the Zoeller 4280 series submersible sewage pumps. These Zoeller 280 series pumps feature a single seal, while the Zoeller 4280 pumps contain a double seal. Both pump series are designed to move wastewater (unscreened raw sewage) in residential or commercial applications and can also be used for dewatering and effluent transport applications. Each pump volute, motor housing, switch case and impeller is made of rugged cast iron, with no sheet metal parts susceptible to rust. The volute has an epoxy coated powder finish. The impeller is fashioned in a vortex design to prevent clogging. Screws bolts, handle, and seal assembly are all stainless steel. The shaft seal is made of rotary carbon and ceramic seal faces. All pumps can pass 2" solids. Note: All models listed below have a 2" flanged discharge, with the exception of the 382-0002 model which has a 3" flanged discharge.
