The Liberty RE/REX-Series is a grinder retrofit kit system designed for installation in existing E/One GP200, GP2000, and Extreme D-Series systems. Each kit is a fully assembled, easy drop-in core replacement for the existing pump system. The units are comprised of a Liberty Omnivore grinder pump, piping, cover, adjustable goose neck discharge elbow, floats, a high mounted waterproof junction box, cam-lock cover system, and a cast-iron anti-siphon check valve. The alarm float serves as a redundant "on" float in case of main switch failure. The cable is pre-wired. A 8' drop rope is also included for user convenience. The Omnivore pumps include Liberty's patented V-Slice cutter and come in either one or two-stage models. Zoeller’s Z-Rail technology with powder coated, ductile iron elbows, and brackets provide for  longer life and reliability. The Zoeller dual-rail system offers added support and stability while raising and lowering pumps compared to single-rail systems. A wide variety of basin diameters and depths are stocked to accommodate almost any job. Cover choices include solid fiberglass and either steel or aluminum hatches. Z-Rail System Both the disconnect portion and the upper guide rail supports are made of domestic epoxy powder coated ductile iron, providing superior strength. Dual guide rails add stability, ensuring that the pump will not spin on the rail during installation or removal. Basin Zoeller stocks many different basin and cover options to fit a multitude of wastewater collection projects. Basin sizes from 24” x 48” to 48” x 120” meet most application needs. Customized packages are available. Basin Cover Solid fiberglass, aluminum hatch, and steel hatch covers are stocked for QLS Series packages. Three Way Ball Valve The QLS series systems utilize a 3-way ball valve in duplex configurations. This series of submersible grinder pumps is designed for use in residential or commercial wastewater applications in Class I, Division 1, Groups C and D environments. Each pump is FM/CSA approved and features innovative motor and electrical enclosures that are designed to reduce the risk of vapor ignition both inside and outside the pump. Should vapors inside the electrical enclosures become ignited, the enclosures are engineered to contain the event and prevent escalation. Grinder Pumps are not just for making cool videos of cutting up rubber chickens.
